Items will be dispatched within 5 working days of payment.

Items requiring a refund must be returned within 7 days of date of dispatch 21 days for items dispatched outside the UK.

The sender can not be held responsible for failures to deliver by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Proof of postage is obtained for every dispatch.

We will not refund any element of postal cost apart from faulty items and if a refund is required then said item must be returned at the purchasers own cost.

Items up to 1kg in weight dispatched within the UK are sent Royal mail 1st Class. Items above 1kg in weight are dispatched by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service.

Items dispatched outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail Parcel Force.
